Sukhothai the ancient city
It’s fascinating to see how the Kingdom of Sukhothai once was back in the 14th century. I stayed in New Sukhothai which is 12km from the old ruins and not so much to see there. As you travel to the Old site you start to imagine the scale and grandeur of what once stood here. Much busier than Si Satchanalai, and the spread of ruins are quite spectacular, its interesting to think there were two more kingdoms above and below Sukhothai. HaveRead more
